Hi, my name is Viraj.

I’m a software engineer by craft and profession, though I’ve always found myself pulled in many directions by disparate interests. In college I studied biology and CS, and took classes in psychology and philosophy. I like to read about history and the influence of geography on historical events. I’m deeply interested in religion and what it may have meant to those who came before us.

My goals are to have more of an online presence, write more, flesh out ideas more concretely, and help others find me.

Things I think are important are building livable and beautiful cities, creating a western culture around responsible psychedelic use, democratizing and distributing technology, local and sustainable production of food, and responsible stewardship and co-creation of nature and natural beauty.
